Booking and Appointments
Scheduling
All appointments must be scheduled in advance through our website, email, or phone. We will confirm your appointment within 24 hours of receiving your request.
Cancellation Policy
We require at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost. No-shows will be charged the full service amount.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late to your appointment, your session may be shortened to accommodate our schedule. The full service fee will still apply.
Payment Terms
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and electronic payments. Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed bookings will be honored at the quoted price.

Client Responsibilities
