Service Satisfaction

At Sloxaronghakax, we are committed to providing exceptional personal styling services. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we strive to ensure every client feels confident and happy with their styling experience.

Consultation Services

Our styling consultations, including wardrobe consultations, personal shopping sessions, and style makeovers, are personalized services. Due to the nature of these services, we do not offer refunds once a session has been completed.

However, if you are unsatisfied with your consultation, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment. We will work with you to address your concerns and may offer a complimentary follow-up session at our discretion.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

Cancellations with Notice

If you cancel your appointment with more than 48 hours notice, you will receive a full refund or credit toward a future service.

Late Cancellations

Cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.

No-Shows

If you fail to attend your scheduled appointment without prior notice, the full service fee will be charged and is non-refundable.

Rescheduling

We are happy to reschedule your appointment at no additional charge if you provide at least 48 hours notice. Rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours notice may be subject to availability and potential fees.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates purchased from Sloxaronghakax are non-refundable but do not expire. They may be transferred to another person with written notification to our team.

Purchased Items

Items purchased during personal shopping sessions are subject to the return policies of the individual retailers where they were purchased. Sloxaronghakax does not sell products directly and therefore cannot process returns for clothing or accessories purchased at third-party stores.

We are happy to advise you on return processes and accompany you on return visits if needed, though standard service rates may apply.

Exceptions

In exceptional circumstances, such as illness or emergency, we may waive our standard cancellation policy. Please contact us as soon as possible if you are unable to attend your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances.
